This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your enrollment in a Cantabilearn membership plan. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

 

1. Eligibility

 

Membership is available only to individuals 18 years or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

 

2. Membership Plans

 

• Free Accounts: You will have limited access to content and features.

• Paid Memberships: You will have access to premium courses, resources, and community features, subject to your plan details.

 

3. Billing & Renewals

 

• Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

• Unless you cancel, your membership will renew automatically.

• You may cancel anytime via your account settings. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

 

4. Member Rights

 

As a member, you will receive:

• Access to your purchased or subscribed content.

• The ability to participate in community features (if applicable).

• Updates and enhancements during the term of your membership.

 

5. Member Responsibilities

 

• You must maintain accurate account information.

• You must not share your login credentials with others.

• You agree to use our Services lawfully and respectfully.

 

6. Community Conduct

 

If applicable, all members must follow our community guidelines. Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate conduct will result in account suspension or termination.

 

7. Termination

 

• You may cancel anytime; refunds are subject to our Terms of Sale.

• Cantabilearn reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement.

 

8. Intellectual Property & Content Sharing

 

• All learning materials remain our property.

• Any content you upload (e.g., posts, assignments) grants Cantabilearn a limited license to display it within the Services.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

 

Disputes will be resolved through the courts located in Bursa, Turkey.
